Description

This is a concept I have been meaning to finish but never got around to it till a couple days ago. The inspiration behind this dragon is the "moon jellyfish." I like to stretch the boundaries of what could be considered a dragon. This tends to be my fascination nowadays, also I like bioluminescence.....
